Denny Bio

Denny has thirty years in public safety with over twenty years in law enforcement. He has served as a volunteer firefighter, sheriff deputy, undercover officer, patrol officer, firearm instructor, violent crimes detective, uniform operations supervisor, violent  crime investigations supervisor, and is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He holds a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Human Services Counseling, Crisis Response and Trauma. Denny is a strong advocate for mental wellness, suicide prevention for first responders, and improving leadership principles. He is a public speaker, and co-host of the Badge to the Bone podcast.

Al Bio

Al has over thirty years in public safety with over twenty-five of that in law enforcement. He previously worked in search & rescue and EMS. As an LEO he has served as a patrol officer, community policing officer, investigator, narcotics task force officer, instructor, recruiting/hiring staff, and internal affairs. He holds a Bachelors n Criminal Justice. Al has become a strong supporter and advocate for officer wellness, suicide prevention, and improving leadership principles. He is a public speaker and co-host of the Badge to the Bone podcast.
